Praline millefeuille from Mille-Feuille Bakery Cafe in Greenwich Village in NYC. Its namesake is pretty darn delicious. Flaky, wispy, buttery layers sandwiched with crunchy praline (the dark brown layer) and creamy hazelnut pastry cream. Not too overwhelming with hazelnut or sweetness and the size is appropriate.
