I need to get meself a siphon vacuum coffee maker. Even though, I have more than enough coffee makers, espresso machines and other coffee techniques to get my morning cup of joe.

Vanilla yogurt panna cotta, mango gelee, passion fruit-mango mousse verrines

This was dessert for my Father’s Day dinner at home. Yes, it’s possible to make it without turning your oven on.

This and other recipes for my meals cooked for my dad on Father’s Day, please head over to The Wandering Eater

gastrogirl:

papaya lassi with cardamom.

This sounds awesome. Not a bad idea to have now in this icky, humid weather in NYC.

Praline millefeuille from Mille-Feuille Bakery Cafe in Greenwich Village in NYC. Its namesake is pretty darn delicious. Flaky, wispy, buttery layers sandwiched with crunchy praline (the dark brown layer) and creamy hazelnut pastry cream. Not too overwhelming with hazelnut or sweetness and the size is appropriate.

Love the look. (Even though it sort of feels like summer here.)

Raspberry Pistachio Montebello from Bosie Tea Parlor in NYC. Beautiful and delicious French pastry.

My full review of this cozy and excellent tea parlor found at The Wandering Eater (my actual website, not the Tumblr.)
