Chicken and waffles from Bouchon Bistro in the Venetian Hotel, Las Vegas. Pan roasted, quartered chicken with sourdough, bacon and chive studded waffles.

For something more food oriented, Kobe beef tataki with myoga ginger, onions, ponzu, plum jelly, garlic chips, sancho pepper, spicy daikon radish.
